Join us on Monday night at the Ferry Plaza for wine and literature as two very funny writers share their stories about unusual characters with very humorous points of view.
Denise Pinhey lives with her husband, Michael, in Alamo, California, a horsey, deer infested, country town about 30 miles east of San Francisco. Denise retired 3 years ago from a legal profession. After retiring, Denise began writing humorous short stories. Two of her short stories, “Havarti potatoes” and “Rachel’s Smile” won first place awards from Midlife Collage. Aside from writing, Denise also enjoys cartooning, travel, and dancing like there’s nobody watching.
Susanna Solomon has been a resident of Marin County for many decades. During the day she is an electrical engineer and designs electrical systems for buildings such as Cowgirl Creamery, Novato Hospital, Marin County Veteran’s Auditorium and many, many more. She’s been an engineer for 25 years, and graduated from San Francisco State University in 1987.
